Block Listing Application
The Board of Directors of Impax Environmental Markets plc (the "Company") announces that applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and to London Stock Exchange plc for 12,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p nominal value to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange by way of a block listing. Shares will be issued under the block listing to satisfy continuing demand that cannot be met in the secondary market, and the proceeds of such share issuance will be used for investment in accordance with the Company's investment policy. Any shares issued in connection with this block listing application will be issued at a premium to the prevailing net asset value per share, and will rank pari passu with ordinary shares already in issue. The shares subject to the block listing are expected to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 31 August 2021.
