Issue of Equity
On 8 February 2021, Impax Environmental Markets plc (the "Company") issued from its block listing authority 1,250,000 shares at a price of 478.00 pence per share.
As a result of this issuance, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue will be 272,620,988 and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 272,620,988. There are no shares held in Treasury.
This figure (272,620,988) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company's Home Member State is the United Kingdom.
