Death of Non-Executive Director
The Board of Impax Environmental Markets ("IEM") notes with the deepest regret the sudden death of Simon Fraser at the age of 62.
Simon joined the Board on 1 March 2021, and during his short time with IEM he made a valuable and welcome contribution, demonstrating his significant knowledge of investment trusts and global markets.
Simon will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and condolences are with his family, as well as his many friends and business colleagues.
