Appointment of non-executive director

The Board of Impax Environmental Markets plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that it has appointed Stephanie Eastment as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 July 2019.

Stephanie is a chartered accountant and company secretary with over 30 years' experience of the financial services industry. She qualified with KPMG and subsequently held various financial and corporate governance roles at Wardley and UBS before joining Invesco Asset Management in 1996. She retired as Head of Specialist Funds Company Secretariat and Accounts at Invesco in 2018, and is well-regarded for her wide knowledge and expertise of the investment trust sector. She is also a member of the AIC's Technical Committee.

Stephanie holds 1,170 ordinary shares in the Company. 

Stephanie is a non-executive director and audit chair of Murray Income Trust plc and Herald Investment Trust plc.  There are no other matters to disclose pursuant to UKLA Listing Rules 9.6.13 (1)-(6).
