IMPAX ASSET MANAGEMENT GROUP PLC ("Impax", or the "Company") announces that on 31 October 2025 it purchased the following number of its Ordinary Shares of 1p each through Peel Hunt LLP as part of the buyback programme announced on 22 May 2025.

Following settlement of the above purchases, Impax has purchased a total of 4,139,990 shares since the commencement of the buyback programme and will have 128,456,564 ordinary shares of 1p pence each in issue. There are 0 shares held in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company are therefore 128,456,564 and this can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
