Impax Asset Management Group plc (the "Company") was informed on 9 August 2016 that Ian Simm (Chief Executive of the Company) has been gifted 29,590 Ordinary Shares for nil consideration by his wife, Helen Dell, and has invested 29,590 Ordinary Shares into his ISA. The investment into the ISA has been effected through a sale by Ian Simm and subsequent purchase by the ISA.
