Result of General Meeting
Following the announcement made by the Company on 18 September 2017 regarding the agreement to acquire Pax World Management LLC, the Company confirms that at the Company's General Meeting held today, the resolution was duly passed. This was the only resolution proposed to shareholders at the General Meeting and was in relation to approval of the proposed borrowing by the Company in connection with the financing of the acquisition.
