Impact Minerals Limited (ASX: IPT) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Impact Minerals Limited (‘IPT’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of IPT, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 21 April 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

IMPACT MINERALS LIMITED - REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Impact Minerals Limited (ASX:IPT) (“the Company”) requests an immediate trading halt in its securities.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises that:

1. the trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raising;

2. the Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement or the commencement of trade on Wednesday, 21 April 2021; and

3. the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
