DATE OF AGM AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Impact Minerals Limited (ASX: IPT) (the Company ) advises that the Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of the Company will be held on Thursday 25 November 2021 . A Notice of Meeting for the AGM is being prepared by the Company and will be announced to ASX and provided to Shareholders in mid-October 2021.
An item of business at the AGM will be the election of Directors. In accordance with clause 7.5 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is 13 September 2021. Any nominations must be received no later than 5.00pm (AWST) on 13 September 2021 at the Company’s Registered Office.
