On February 23, 2023, Immunic, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, a copy of which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1, announcing the Company’s financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2022 and providing a corporate update (the “Press Release”).
