Immunic, Inc. (the “Company”) is aware of media reports indicating a possible liquidity concern at Silicon Valley Bank (“SVB”). Although SVB Securities LLC serves as sales agent for our at-the-market sales program, the Company does not have any cash deposits or investment exposure at SVB. As such, the Company is not exposed to any consequences of a liquidity concern at SVB.
