On March 29, 2017, Vital Therapies, Inc. issued a press release announcing that, in connection with its previously disclosed underwritten public offering, the underwriters have exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 1,312,500 shares of its common stock at the offering price of $4.00 per share, less the underwriting discount.
