On September 2, 2011, following a recommendation from the Nominating Committee, David S. Cunningham was appointed to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of ImmuCell Corporation until the next Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until his successor is elected and qualified, filling the vacant seventh seat created by vote of the Board of Directors on August 5, 2011.
