UPDATE TO THE RELATED PARTIES TRANSACTIONS PROCEDURE
Mantua, 1st October 2025 – Immsi S.p.A. announce that the Related Parties Transactions Procedure, as recently amended, is available at the Company's registered office, in Mantua, Piazza Vilfredo Pareto no. 3, on Immsi website www.immsi.it (section "Governance/Procedures") and on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" available on the website . The updates of the aforementioned procedure come into force with binding effect as of today.
