Pursuant to § 93 (1) of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, IMMOFINANZ AG hereby gives notice that at the end of January 2017 the number of voting rights amounts to a total of 1,039,488,118 voting rights. The company's share capital at the end of January 2017 is EUR 1,039,488,118.00 and is divided into 1,039,488,118 ordinary no-par value shares which currently represent a portion of the share capital of EUR 1.00 each. These changes are due to an increase of the share capital from conditional capital in the amount of EUR 63,532,467.00 by 63,532,467 ordinary nopar value shares of IMMOFINANZ AG.
