IMMOFINANZ and S IMMO terminate discussions over a possible combination

The Executive Boards of S IMMO and IMMOFINANZ today decided to end their discussions over the possible combination of the two companies. This decision was based, in particular, on the inability to reach an agreement over a possible exchange ratio.

This decision followed a proposal by IMMOFINANZ to S IMMO to plan a merger based on the NAV for presentation to the annual general meetings in 2020.
