IMMOFINANZandSIMMOterminate discussions over a possible combination
The Executive Boards of SIMMOand IMMOFINANZtodaydecided to end their discussions over the possible combination of the two companies. This decision was based, in particular, on the inabilityto reach an agreement over a possible exchange ratio.
This decision followed a proposal byIMMOFINANZto SIMMOto plan a merger based on the NAVfor presentation to the annual general meetings in 2020.
