Diese Meldung erfolgt im Zusammenhang mit den Änderungen der Struktur der von Herrn Vitek kontrollierten Unternehmen, ohne meldepflichtige Änderungen in der Gesamtheit der von Herrn Vitek kontrollierten Anteile an der CPI PROPERTY GROUP, die sich auf insgesamt 88,41% beläuft. Vollständige Kette der kontrollierten Unternehmen: Radovan Vitek ist der Gründer des Vitek Family Trust, den er vollständig kontrolliert. Herr Vitek übertrug Anteile an Ravento S.à r.l., Efimacor S.à r.l. und CPIPG Holding S.à r.l. auf den Vitek Family Trust, wie folgt. Der Vitek Family Trust hält 100% an Gentaviana, a.s., die wiederum 100 % an Estodanto, a.s. hält, die wiederum 100 % an Nuclesot, a.s. hält, die ihrerseits 25,55% an Ravento S.à r.l., 25,55% an Efimacor S.à r.l. und 25,12% an CPIPG Holding S.à r.l. hält. Der Vitek Family Trust hält 100% an Mustonaria, a.s., die wiederum 100% an Adauteis, a.s., hält, die wiederum 100% an Meganeura, a.s. hält, die wiederum 25,55% an Ravento S.à r.l., 25,55% an Efimacor S.à r.l. und 25,12% an CPIPG Holding S.à r.l. hält. Der Vitek Family Trust hält 100% an Carbiomys, a.s., die ihrerseits 100 % an Gerocasiata, a.s., die wiederum 100 % an Proluesta, a.s. hält, die wiederum 25,55 % an Ravento S.à r.l., 25,55 % an Efimacor S.à r.l. und 25,12% an CPIPG Holding S.à r.l. hält. Herr Vitek kontrolliert vollständig Whislow Equities Ltd. Whislow Equities wiederum hält direkt 10,34% an CPI Property Group S.A.. Ravento S.à r.l. hält direkt 48,94% an CPI Property Group S.A. Efimacor S.à r.l. hält direkt 9,04% an CPI Property Group S.A.. Efimacor S.à r.l. hält außerdem 100 % an Larnoya invest S.à r.l., die ihrerseits direkt 17,26% an CPI Property Group S.A. hält. CPIPG Holding S.à r.l. hält direkt 2,83% an CPI Property Group S.A.. CPI Property Group S.A. hält etwas mehr als 75% an IMMOFINANZ AG.
