Adjustment due to dividend distribution

Pursuant to the cash dividend for the business year 2018 of EUR 0.85 per share resolved upon in the ordinary shareholders’ meeting of IMMOFINANZ AG on 22 May 2019 the conversion price of the Convertible Bonds due 2024 (ISIN XS1551932046) of IMMOFINANZ AG is adjusted with effect from 24 May 2019 as follows:

– Previous conversion price per IMMOFINANZ-Share: EUR 22.2000

– Adjusted conversion price per IMMOFINANZ-Share: EUR 21.3772
