IMMOFINANZ AG: Supervisory Board extends Executive Board contracts for
Eduard Zehetner and Daniel Riedl

In its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of IMMOFINANZ AG re-appointed
Eduard Zehetner and Daniel Riedl for a further three years after the end of
their current contracts. The term of office for Eduard Zehetner, Chief
Executive Officer, will now end on 30 November 2014, while the term of
office for Daniel Riedl, member of the Executive Board, will end on 30 June
2014. The third member of the Executive Board is Manfred Wiltschnigg, who
was appointed up to 31 March 2012.
