IMMOBEL and CODIC complete the sale of the "Gateway" project (Brussels Airport) to BEFIMMO

The actual transfer of the leasehold on the land and of the current project constructions to Befimmo, including the payment of a first part of the purchase price, took place this 27th April 2015. Future constructions will be transferred periodically in line with the progress of the works.

A binding agreement whereby IMMOBEL and CODIC agreed to sell the Gateway project to Befimmo was already signed in the evening of 9th March 2015.

As a reminder, this outstanding project is adjacent to Brussels Airport's departure terminal, benefits from excellent technical and environmental standards, and is fully let to Deloitte for a firm 18-year period. Provisional acceptance is scheduled to take place before the end of 2016.
