Brussels, 14 April 2025 - In accordance with the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major participations Immobel declares that a rectification has been made regarding two past transparency declarations in relation to thresholds that were crossed on respectively 12 May 2020 and 20 December 2020. In addition, further information is also provided regarding an additional threshold which was crossed on 7 January 2021.
