PERSMEDEDELING

AANDEELHOUDERSKENNISGEVINGEN CONFORM DE WET VAN 2 MEI 2007

(MET BETREKKING TOT TRANSPARANTIE)

Conform de Wet van 2 mei 2007 met betrekking tot de publicatie van belangrijke deelnemingen in beursgenoteerde vennootschappen, verklaart IMMOBEL volgende kennisgevingen te hebben ontvangen op 19 en 23 september 2013:

• JER Audrey S.à r.l. heeft het saldo van haar participatie in IMMOBEL verkocht (hetzij 228.081 aandelen die 5,53 % van de uitgegeven aandelen vertegenwoordigen), waardoor haar participatie onder de drempel van 3 % gedaald is.
• Simultaan hiermee heeft Cresida Investment S.à r.l., een 100 % dochteronderneming van de Eastbridge Groep, 199.914 bijkomende aandelen van IMMOBEL verworven (hetzij 4,85 %).

Ten gevolge van deze transactie, is de Eastbridge Groep eigenaar van 1.230.398 aandelen, die 29,85 % van het kapitaal van IMMOBEL vertegenwoordigen.
