Conformément à la Loi du 2 mai 2007 relative à la publication des participations importantes dans les sociétés cotées, IMMOBEL déclare qu'elle a reçu, le 7 février 2013, la notification suivante :

KBC Verzekeringen, une filiale directe de KBC Groep, a vendu le 30 mars 2012 Fidea NV à JCF III Fidea Holdings S.à.r.l. De ce fait, le seuil de sa participation dans IMMOBEL a été franchi vers le bas.
