EXPECTED RESULTS AT 30TH JUNE 2014

Following the positive evolution of the activities of IMMOBEL in its three sectors and geographic regions, IMMOBEL estimates that, as far as:

• the expected results of the office, residential and landbanking departments are confirmed, and
• barring unexpected elements,

the net result for the first semester of 2014 should be around double what it was for the year 2012.
