Item 8.01 Other Events.

On November 26, 2012, Immersion Corporation (“Immersion”) entered into a Settlement and License Agreement with Google, Inc. and Motorola Mobility LLC (“Motorola”) (the “Agreement”) resolving the patent infringement litigation brought by Immersion against Motorola.

Immersion issued a press release on November 27, 2012 disclosing that the parties have entered into the Agreement. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.01 and is incorporated by reference herein.
