Notification of Dealings in the Company's shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") and connected persons

The Company announces the following dealings by PDMRs in the Company's ordinary shares of 284/7p each ("Shares").

The IMI Sharesave Plan

On 5 June 2015 the following options ("Options") were granted under the IMI Sharesave Plan:
