Remuneration Committee Chair

IMI plc ("IMI") is pleased to announce that, effective 8 May 2025, and subject to her election at the AGM, Victoria Hull, Non-Executive Director, will assume the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee. Victoria joined the Board in August 2024 and has been a member of the Remuneration Committee since then. She meets the requirements of the UK Corporate Governance Code for Remuneration Committee Chairs.
