Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated with them

The Company announces the following transaction by a PDMR in the Company's ordinary shares ("Shares"). Pursuant to invitations issued on 9 April 2024 to all eligible UK employees, options over an aggregate of 46,776 Shares were granted on 1 May 2024 under the IMI Sharesave Plan (the "Scheme"). The Scheme is an all-employee scheme which gives the opportunity to eligible UK employees to acquire Shares at a discount of 10% of the market value of the Shares at the time the invitation was issued. In consideration of these options, the grantees will make monthly savings during the associated savings contract. The exercise price is £16.218 per share.
