Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated with them

On 9 August 2023, the following PDMRs received shares under the vesting of awards made under the Restricted Stock Unit as granted under the IMI Incentive Plan. Bethany Ferreira subsequently sold a sufficient number of shares to cover her tax liabilities and associated costs. Phil Clifton elected to sell all:
