Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated with them

The Company announces the following transaction by a PDMR in the Company's ordinary shares ("Shares"). 

Pursuant to invitations issued on Monday 7 March 2022 to all eligible UK employees, 16,808 Shares were awarded on 7 April 2022 under the IMI Employee Share Ownership Plan (the "ESOP"). The ESOP is an all-employee scheme which gives the opportunity to eligible UK employees to receive free Shares at market value up to a maximum value of £3,600.
