Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated with them

The Company announces the following transaction by a PDMR in the Company's ordinary shares ("Shares"). 

Pursuant to invitations issued on Monday 7 March 2022 to all eligible UK employees, options over an aggregate of 103,152 Shares were granted on 31 March 2022 under the IMI Sharesave Plan (the "Scheme"). The Scheme is an all-employee scheme which gives the opportunity to eligible UK employees to acquire Shares at a discount of 10% of the market value of the Shares at the time the invitation was issued.
