The Company announces the following dealings by PDMRs in the Company's ordinary shares of 284/7p each ("Shares").

On 11 May 2016, the Company received notification from the following PDMRs in respect of Shares purchased pursuant to participation in the IMI Employee Share Ownership Plan:
