Board Changes

IMI plc announces that following a review of the Board and its Committees, and given his appointment as Chair of the Sustainability Committee, Thomas Thune Andersen will step down from his role as Senior Independent Director with effect from 28 October 2024. We are pleased to announce the appointment of Anne Thorburn as Senior Independent Director from this date. Anne joined the Board on 1 August 2024 as a Non-Executive Director and is a member of the Audit and the Nomination Committees.
