GRT eXchange Update

The Board of SWW Energy Limited ( SWW or the Company ) provides the following update with respect of its proposed acquisition of GRT App Pty Ltd ( GRT ). The Board is currently negotiating the terms of the share purchase agreement with GRT and SWW anticipates making a further announcement by the end of November 2014.

The GRT eXchange business rollout is continuing as planned.
