ACTIVITY REPORT & APPENDIX 4C

In the March quarter, the Company was focused on continuing its operations on its commercial activities around developing and marketing the Omni platform. The Company has identified and prioritised possible opportunities for the Omni platform and its suite of products. The Company has commenced discussions around opportunities that may include, but are not confined to, OEM and licensing arrangements for the Omni suite of products, with third party providers. The Company continues to explore new areas where its technology could provide commercial outcomes, as well as explore new strategic investment opportunities.
