Australian Biodiesel Group Limited (ABG) is pleased to announce a major year-onyear improvement to its quarterly cashflow
4C commentary
ABG is pleased to announce an 89% improvement in cash flow when compared to the same period last year, which was a net operating cash out flow of $6,694,000 compared to this quarter out flow of $746,000.
Plus of additional significant note is that the monthly cash out flow for June was $75,000 and even this includes some one off expenses, the Company remains confident in forecasting that monthly cash flow will turn to cash positive during the third quarter.
Under pinning this confidence are the following key elements.

§ ABG’s Used Cooking Oil (UCO) business Scanline continues to sell product for record prices.

§ The Scanline expansion into Queensland is gathering pace.

§ ABG continues to positively progress towards final contract for the offshore Biodiesel project. ABG has previously made the market aware that it has been selected as preferred biodiesel technology supplier for this project.
