IMEXHS Limited (ASX: IME) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of IMEXHS Limited (‘IME’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of IME, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 4 April 2025 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Trading halt request

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, IMEXHS Limited ACN 096 687 839 (ASX: IME) ( Company ) requests a trading halt in respect of its ordinary shares with immediate effect.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises:

1. the Company requests a trading halt to facilitate a capital raising;

2. the Company requests the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement in relation to the capital raising, or the commencement of trading on Friday, 4 April 2025;

3. the Company expects that the trading halt will be ended by it making an announcement to the ASX in relation to completion of the capital raising; and

4. the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.
