ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Aquila in the Cloud’s strongest quarter

IMEXHS Limited (ASX: IME) (“IMEXHS” or the Company) announces that its standardised radiology offering, Aquila in the Cloud (AiC), has closed the second quarter of 2021 with a total of 84 signed contracts since launching in May 2020 for an expected contribution of $2.0m in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

During the second quarter of 2021, IMEXHS signed a new AiC contract every 4.5 days on average with a total of 24 deals.

Strong sales momentum was generated in key markets with three new orders from the US and a further three from Australia.

The three new AiC customers in the US are multi-modality medical imaging centres and will go live with IMEXHS’s cloud-based Enterprise Imaging platform alongside its patient portal in the third quarter.

In Australia, one customer is a multi-modality medical imaging centre offering complete medical imaging diagnostic services as well as teleradiology services. IMEXHS will replace a legacy RIS/PACS provider with its next generation Enterprise Imaging platform with an integrated billing solution. The other two newly signed AiC customers in Australia will implement the Company’s end-to-end, user-friendly Enterprise Imaging solution.

Management has focused on improving the AiC onboarding by working closely with all IMEXHS partners to speed up the implementation process.

Aquila in the Cloud provides small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with an affordable and accessible RIS/PACS product hosted within Microsoft Azure. In addition, Vitrea’s entire suite of advanced post-processing tools and the Company’s own and third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) products are also available on-demand for AiC customers.

IMEXHS Co-Founder and CEO Dr Germán Arango said, “A lot has been achieved over the past 12 months since we sold our first Aquila in the Cloud offering, and we are excited about the growth opportunities of this unique business model.

We are experiencing significant traction with AiC in our new and key markets with six new customers in the US and Australia and the implementation process is becoming more efficient as we work closely with our partners.”

Aquila in the Cloud is allowing us to offer SMEs access to state-of-the-art medical imaging technology with our affordable and standardised RIS/PACS solution which is intuitive and user friendly. With our multi-tenancy capabilities, our innovative technology delivers the best patient outcomes in the most efficient way to medical imaging services providers in multiple countries.”

Authorised for release by the Board of IMEXHS Limited.
