IMEXHS receives a purchase order for 6-year deal with Colsanitas, a Keralty company

IMEXHS Limited (ASX: IME) (“IMEXHS” or “the Company”) announces it has entered into a 6-year agreement with Colsanitas, part of Keralty, a Spanish global healthcare company.

The purchase order is worth ~A$1.8m and will increase IMEXHS’s ARR by ~A$300,000.

Keralty is a global leader in comprehensive healthcare. It operates over 15,000 healthcare centres across the world, of which 341 are owned directly by Keralty and eight of those are located in Colombia. Keralty operates under the Colsanitas and Medisanitas brands in Colombia which are highly respected prepaid medical companies, as well as under the health services provider brand EPS Sanitas.

The order is for IMEXHS to operate at one of Colsanitas’s latest acquisitions, Clinica Infantil Santa Maria del Lago, in Bogotá, Colombia. The hospital has more than 150 hospital beds, a radiology department, 19 critical paediatric care units, 18 critical adult care beds, a clinical laboratory and many other services. The hospital serves about 240,000 minors who are members of EPS Sanitas.

IMEXHS will provide its leading HIRUKO™ platform, including its Aquila RIS/PACS & patient portal solution as well as Nuance’s Voice Recognition software.

IMEXHS’s CEO Dr German Arango said “We are excited with this new endeavour as Colsanitas plans to open more clinics within Colombia which will provide IMEXHS with future opportunities. Our Aquila solution will enable Colsanitas radiologists to efficiently work from home during these unprecedented times by leveraging Aquila’s tele-radiology tools.”
