ImExHS signs new distribution agreement for two additional countries in Central America

• ImExHS signs new distribution agreement with Rivas Opstaele

• Signifies expansion into two new markets in Nicaragua and Honduras

Sydney — 13 February 2019 —ImExHS Limited [ ASX:IME ] today announces that it has signed a new distribution agreement with Almacen e Industrias Rivas Opstaele S.A. ( Rivas Opstaele ), a leading medical equipment supplier in Honduras and Nicaragua.

This agreement adds two additional countries to the ImExHS’s geographic reach.

Rivas Opstaele has been operating in Nicaragua for over 70 years and provides high quality sales and support services for medical equipment in Nicaragua and Honduras. Rivas Opstaele is one of the biggest distributors in these countries and has a wide range of brands such as Agfa, Edwards, Guerbet, Medtronic, Pentax and Philips, provided to public and private institutions in the region.

The distribution agreement contains ImExHS’s standard terms and conditions.
