IMEXHS signs new SaaS contract in Puerto Rico, gateway for US market

HIGHLIGHTS

• IMEXHS Limited and Rad One, PSC have signed a 5.5 year US$ SaaS contract

• Initial contract adds ~A$237k in TCV for one site, with the potential to convert a further 9 sites.

• As Puerto Rico operates under US regulations*, the structure of the contract with Rad One will enable localisation of the HIRUKO suite of capabilities as a soft launch for entry into the US markets.

• IMEXHS has applied for FDA 510(k) clearance, the outcome of which is expected shortly

SYDNEY — 4 July 2019 — Australian medical imaging company IMEXHS Limited [ASX: IME] is pleased to announce this new SaaS relationship with Rad One, PSC, which has more than 20 years’ experience through a network for inpatients, emergency rooms, outpatient imaging centres and mobile facilities in more than 10 institutions in Puerto Rico.

This contract marks the first step for IMEXHS to enter to the US healthcare market with a soft launch strategy, with the first 7 months of the contract involving a localisation trial which will then revert to a paying contract. Accordingly, relevant invoicing will start during early CY 2020 (also IME’s Financial Year).

The potential for this business is for the integration of an 9 additional sites for Rad One, where each site represents US$165k in Total Contract Value (TCV), with a combined total potential TCV of US$1.65m (~A$2.37m). With the deployment of this project, Rad One seeks to guarantee the centralisation and control of the information produced from approximately 7,000 studies that are being performed monthly.

This project is part of IMEXHS’s soft launch plan to enter into the US markets, “We are looking forward to gaining valuable insights into US style workflows through this project, where we will have the opportunity to accelerate the localisation of our suite of capabilities tailored for US market requirements” said Andres Vanegas, IMEXHS´s Chief Sales Officer, “We have agreed with Rad One a 7 month trial for the localisation period, whilst IMEXHS US FDA 510(k) certification is pending”.
