IMEXHS announces first European SaaS contract

HIGHLIGHTS

• Further expansion in developed markets with first European customer

• 5 year HIRUKO Essential SaaS contract with a TCV of EUR 122,400 (~A$200,000)

SYDNEY — 3 December 2019 — Australian medical imaging company IMEXHS Limited [ASX: IME] (“IMEXHS” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has signed its first SaaS contract with a Tecnicas Medicas Milenium S.L., a European based Company that is part of the Health Time Group, a radiology firm based in Jaén, Spain.

The contract is for IME’s Teleradiology solution and HIRUKO’s integrated Nuance Voice Recognition solution. The solution is to be used in South America for the provision of teleradiology services to Health Time in Spain. This provision of remote teleradiology services across the world is a key advantage of the HIRUKO Software.

The SaaS contract has a Total Contract Value (TCV) of EUR 122,400 (~A$200,000) over five years and is being provided on normal contractual terms.
