Company Secretary Resignation
IMEXHS Limited (ASX:IME) (“IMEXHS” or “the Company”) announces that Mr Peter Webse has resigned as Joint Company Secretary with effect from close of business 12 December 2020.
The Board wishes to thank Peter for his contribution as Company Secretary since joining the Company in May 2018. Ms Reena Minhas who was appointed on 1 October 2020 will continue as sole Company Secretary.
