ASX Company Announcement APPOINTMENT OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Peter Webse as Joint Company Secretary. Mr Webse brings a wealth of experience to the role as Managing Director of Platinum Corporate Secretariat, a firm specialising in providing company secretarial, corporate governance and corporate advisory services to ASX listed companies.

Mr Webse, who is also a Non-­Executive Director of the Company and Mr Paul Frederiks will be Joint Company Secretaries of the Company. Mr Frederiks will continue in his role as CFO of the Company.
