COMPANY SECRETARY RESIGNATION

Omni Market Tide Limited ( Company ) wishes to advise that Mr Paul Frederiks has resigned as Joint Company Secretary with effect from close of business today.

The Board wishes to thank Paul for his contribution as Company Secretary since joining the Company in February 2017 and advises that he will continue in his role as CFO of the Company. Mr Peter Webse who is a Non-Executive Director of the Company will continue as sole Company Secretary.
