Director changes

Omni Market Tide Limited ( Company ) is pleased to announce that Mr Howard Digby has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company effective today.

Mr Digby brings over 25 years management experience in technology and information services including senior roles at IBM, Adobe, Gartner and The Economist Group in numerous countries. Mr Digby has served on several ASX listed company boards and is currently a director of 4DS, HearMeOut and Elsight Limited. Mr Digby holds a Bachelor of Engineering (hons) from the University of Western Australia.

In conjunction with this appointment, Mr Rick Dennis has resigned as a director. The Board wishes to thank Rick for his significant contribution since joining the Board in March 2016 and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
