Board changes

Omni Market Tide (ASX: OMT ) today announced the retirement of founder and non-executive Chairman, Mr Glenn Vassallo and the appointment of Mr Peter Webse as a non-executive director.

As a result of the changes, Mr Howard Digby will assume the role of non-executive Chairman.

Mr Vassallo founded the business and was Chairman from the time of the Company’s ASX listing on 30 July 2015.

Mr Webse is Managing Director of Platinum Corporate Secretariat, a firm specialising in provides company secretarial, corporate governance and corporate advisory services to ASX companies.

Mr Digby said, “I would like to thank Glenn for his hard work, skill and resilience, stewarding the business from start-up through some significant operational and financial challenges. That the business now has a firm financial footing to pursue new opportunities for our products and our shareholders, is due a great amount to Glenn’s efforts.”

“We welcome Peter to the Board, and expect that his depth of corporate governance and advisory experience will add significant value to the business.”

Mr Vassallo remains a major shareholder in OMT with nearly 8.5% of the company, and will spend more time focusing on his legal firm, GRT Lawyers and philanthropic work through the GRT Foundation.
