RESIGNATION OF MR JOHN MACTAGGART AS A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr John Mactaggart has resigned from the Board of Omni Market Tide Limited ( Company or OMT , ASX:OMT), effective immediately. Mr Mactaggart has decided to spend more time supporting other business and personal interests.

Mr Mactaggart was a founding Non-executive Director of OMT and contributed significantly to the Company’s transition from a private business to ASX listed company during 2015. OMT Chairman, Glenn Vassallo, thanked Mr Mactaggart for sharing his experience and skills with OMT. “John has been a valued Board member who has helped the Company lay strong foundations for an exciting and highgrowth future”.

Mr Mactaggart said he would continue to follow the Company closely. “I enjoyed being a part of OMT and look forward to seeing the company deliver on its potential”.

Mr Vassallo said the Board was seeking to appoint a non-executive Director who will add to the skills, diversity and expertise on the Board.
