CHANGES TO OMT BOARD

Omni Market Tide Limited ( Company or OMT , ASX: OMT), is pleased to announce that Mr Steve Terry has been appointed to the Board as the Group’s Managing Director effective today. Mr. Terry was appointed as the Group’s Chief Executive Officer on 5 July 2016.

Mr Ken Pickard and Mr Ross Blair-Holt have resigned as Non-Executive Directors effective today. Chairman Glenn Vassallo acknowledged the contributions of Mr Pickard and Mr Blair-Holt to the OMT Board. “Ross and Ken have played valuable roles during the corporate evolution of OMT and we thank them for their contributions,” Mr Vassallo said.
